In the edu file for the Rhun confederacy there is an unused cataphract unit. Are there any plans to implement that fully or is it just a leftover from original third age total war?

Description

This general was a late addition to the mod and is one of my personal favorites. It was a collaborative work between me and Earl_of_Memory. Earl did most of the 3D modeling and I most of the texturing.
