CstDoom3 is a gameplay mod for Doom 3 and Resurrection of Evil. All new features are optional (opt-in) and can be configured using the menus.
Adds a lot of improvements here and there, best one being the porting of RoE weapons to the base game and vis versa, that make an already excellent game all the more fun.
It’s my preferred way to play Doom 3 now. Fantastic mod.
Happy to see the turret gun glitch fixed as well.
This is true BFG edition. Must have for the people who want vanilla Doom 3 experience, but slightly improved.

The HUD aspect correction alone makes this a 10/10, but all the thoughtful options and QOL improvements are a godsend, and the fact that everything has a menu option is the best feature of all. I'm in option menu heaven!
Add's a lot of new features, all can be configured via menu, thats great.
This recognizes all maping keys (including Win Key), this is very useful for those that uses this key.
This have a more precise control of the microshutering compared with others ports.
FOV work very nice, adjust the weapon view, thats is a great work!
Finally, a widescreen fix!
It's a pretty neat port, it achieved many things no other port did so far, and it's amazing
Mod "CstDoom3 v2.0" is excellent.
solves a vast majority of Doom 3's problems while adding new features and configuations to adjust the game to your tastes, I highly recommend CSTDoom3.
