Description
All the western units got hongreline uniforms, the precursor of justacorps. So there are many color variants, including the Swedish dragoons and Finnish horsemen. In Poland their foreign troops got them, the German musketeers and pikemen.
Would there be a chance for the appearance of this uniform, shoes and hats for Polish mercenary units, but in PLC colors that they could remind the western style of the army? He writes with curiosity because mercenary troops are my main army force.
Mercenaries wouldn't really be required to re-uniform themselves so to speak, they come with whatever equipment they have and are either accepted or rejected by the hetman. Also, non-foreign PLC infantry wore blue uniforms too.
