This is the best AI spain i've seen. They have 27% literacy and 100 brigades. Normally, they have 60 brigades at most. Reminder that the AI does not cheat (not more than in NNM, what basically what every mod is based on, which means they get +5% tax efficiency and -0.05% mobilization economic impact) and the max soldier % is 5% in a province. Their literacy is quickly growing since they have a good clergymen % in their provinces and are researching the education efficiency techs
