Rampage Superheavy Tank has a pink box inside the army painter.
There is a lot of strange noise both in the game and the army painter.
In the game only toy with the guardians, the seer and the spectra. (Banshees) In the army painter it occurs when you reach heavy tanks, after Linx Heave Grav Tank.

I will check the Rampage later.

I haven't noticed any sound issues apart from beeps which I already fixed in patch 2.0.10.8. I will have to investigate further.
