Contra is a freeware modification for Command and Conquer Generals: Zero Hour real-time strategy game and one of the first mods for this game. Description
Weather manipulation device is a visual replacement for Blackout Missile System. It deals a bit more damage than before.

It doesn't share the style of original one, but yeah, some motives can be traced.
Well ofcourse, you dont have to be Sherlock to realize that inspiration was RA2 weather device. But concept itself is from somewhere else.
Maybe add some more details to the model?
It's large and has many free space.
Original model had many more details and looked beautiful. But, thanks to old SAGE engine, game crashed every time you looked at model. So i had to cut polygons multiple times.
To be more specific, from 6000 polygons to 2000 polygons to make it not cause crash. I will post original structure here later, just to see how it was in original.

I thought how Blackout Missile System creates lightning storms but this new structure makes sense for the effect.
Is the damage going to be enough to wipe out a base, unlike the Blackout Missile System it's replacing? Also, is the storm from the Weather Manipulation Device going to last longer than the one created by the Blackout Missile System?
Medium damage to everything within a large area, lasts as long as before.
