there are a lot of things in development that were not posted in the monthly update. But these are the finished products, so what you see here will be as-is ingame.
No they are not officially ingame yet.

The news article will hopefully be put online soon, which explains what purpose this vehicle has. The ATV will function as the Kettenrad, and will be equipped with a MG (small cone of fire) for self-defense purposes. :)

we have this with semi-amphibious ability. You will not be able to go through deep wather, but you will be able to travel through shallow water, without speed panelty.
