Is it possible for you to make different voice for all the different factions? I know it's really hard to do it but, that would be cool if you can do that in the future.
Sorry, i cannot. The game isn't designed to use different audio depending on nation :)
Great Job, i just tested yesterday and your mod is great, due the limitations (yet) of modding tools. Keep up.
Only a few suggestions, there's a few sounds that ain't fitting the game, like keep playing or is to long for the animation cicle. Like a few musket sounds and footsteps:

Are composed sounds that will play more tham one single shot, that makes them a bit akward in some situations since the shooting is over and you keep hearing the shots.
Footsteps of marching even if its only 1 unit.

Those sounds were intended to do that. It creates a sense of battle and random fire.
I know these sounds dont work well when there are only a few units, specially the footsteps, but the game is limited in functionally, and because this game is meant to be played with big armies its ok.
I know the drummers and bagpipers are going to be patched to play when they are moving, instead of play the entire soundclip when you five them an order. When they do that, ill make longer marching music and merge the marching sounds.
