A few suggestions if you mind: the Titans cannons should move in the direction of their targets, its a bit weird that they face forward and hit a tank thats below them. The second thing is the Flame Tanks veteran flames should be blue altogether, not just the final ground effect, to make it more noticiable.
Its just my 2 cents on the matter. Your mod is coming along great I wish I could play it already. I hope you can pull off having bigger maps than RA3s, because those are tiny. Oh, one more thing, consider having the nod spider drones (or whatever they are called) from C&C4 so we will have one subterranean unit at least, please.

Containers will look better, if you'll make ground under container with reflection of light, looks like C&C 4 containers
There is a light under crate, but barely visbile, i will work on it, also light like in CC4 is impossible to do.
In my opinion, the effects are kind of 'casual'. You could use some work on that :)
