how does Nod sub pen produces so many subs so quickly? hax? tunnel network?

Was just to show off the Sub pen build up & more angles of the subs. :)
Late, but will Nod have some kind of stealth boat instead of just a submarine arsenal?
Will there be hovercraft transports like red alert 2 for each faction?
