If you're getting virus warning - that's false positive, add an exception. That's just how this launcher functions, it injects needed code into game binary at runtime to alleviate container crashes ( infantry firing from garrisons ) and allow native C&C Online functionality.
To install : put all files into your GenEvo directory, it should ask you to overwrite, if it does - do it, if it doesn't then you're installing it into wrong location, God help you.If you wish to support launcher development, you can support Darth Jane Patreon page: Patreon.com

Still unable to start the game, the error is 35F7C699.
Doesnt seem to work for the Origin release- just opens the standard RA3 game
I'm using Origin realease, without any problems. I thing your antivirus just blocked Evolution files. You need to allow them on your system.

compulsory licensed game?

Will you make an original way of building? Because RA3's base borders doesn't cool.
Doesn't work with the retail CD / DVD. Game is officially patched to 1.12
Have also patched to 4GB addressing.
Am using launcher v3
i get to the launcher dialogue with "play", "project page", "join discord" etc buttons.
On "play":
"The retail or an old origin version is installed. If you are using Origin please update the game. Retail versions cannot be supported due to SecuROM, thus you have to use the alternate installation and launch method to play."
Have to follow installation instructions and treat like a normal mod i.e. stick .big & .skudef files in the red alert 3 mods folder
Played for about 10 mins. no pink textures and no crashes. Looks great!!!!
