Cold War Crisis (CWC) is a Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour total conversion. It takes place in the 80s, and features infantry, vehicles and aircraft of that era.
I have been playing CWC for many years. After all played games with AI and human players, I have come to realize CWC might need some bit of polishing. Because gameplay has been constantly evolving in my games. Also I have found some bugs I wanted to fix. Anyway, this is the patch that offers some very slight balance changes (experience of units), quality of life changes and bug fixes. There is also one more version of the patch I'm currently working on. It includes way more balance changes. I plan to release it soon. Special thanks to CWC-team for such a wonderful mod!
Bug fixes
1) Now USSR tank/infantry bunkers and USA M2/TOW emplacements require line of sight for attacks.
2) BMD-1 can now fire it's main gun against infatry targets properly.
3) Fixed preattackdelay bug for artillery (M270/2S1/M109). BM-21 is a different case here. Changed PER_ATTACK to PER_CLIP delay. It's a half-measure and will stay for now.
4) Jet fighters (Su-27/Mig-29/F-15) now properly use different types of missiles.
5) Anti-air vehicles SA-11 and M48 now can be repaired by engineers while deployed, like all other vehicles. Previously builders repaired them instead of engineers. Also now SA-11 and M48 are deployed with only one click of deploy button and do not require to stop in order to activate deployment.
6) M163 Vulcan now properly does not activate camonet while in the water.
7) Fixed a bug where F-16 cluster bombs could attack airborne helicopters.

9) All buildable aircraft, special power call-in aircraft and cruise missiles can now be properly detected by radars.
10) Fixed NSVT anti-air machine gun rate of fire.
11) All buildable aircraft can now be properly attacked and destroyed by all ground attack weapons on the aifield.
12) Vision range fixes:
- Changed SA-11 vision range to properly engage targets at maximum range.
- Changed M48 vision range to properly engage targets at maximum range.
- Changed SA-6 anti-air bunker vision range to properly engage targets at maximum range.
- Changed M220 TOW defensive position vision range to properly engage targets at maximum range.
13) Experience value fixes:
- Fixed all infantry experience value to be 100% from the build cost (as intended originally). USA Delta Force has the same value as Spetsnaz/Green Beret.
- Fixed BMP-2/M2A1 experience value to be 100% from the build cost (as intended originally).
- Fixed Ural-375/M939 experience value to be 100% from the build cost (as intended originally).
- Fixed all defense structures experience value to be 100% from the build cost (as intended originally).
14) Fixed a bug when SA-11 could be jammed by EF-111 in the packed state.
15) Fixed standard snipers build time to be on par with Heavy Sniper (changed from 7 to 12 seconds).
16) BTR-80 can now properly use propaganda ability in the water.
17) Fixed a bug where it was not possible to build new structures on the place of all destroyed structures and units that have invisible drones (more known as "destroyed airfield bug).
18) Fixed BMP-2/M2A1 build time, now it is the same as build time of AT-5/M998 TOW (changed from 22/22 seconds to 17/20 seconds).
19) Now BRDM-2 and Snipers won't deal any damage (no matter how meager it is) to garrisoned structures.
20) EF-111 can no longer jam anti-tank missiles.
21) Now USA Radar Station and USSR Radar Truck can be properly detected in the fog of war by EF-111 and F-4G like other structures/vehicles with active radar.
22) Engineers now do not reveal themselves in the smoke when minesweeping.
Changes
1) Changed camera min/max height from 65/365 to 50/500.
2) Self-propelled howitzers 2S1 and M109 now will reload it's clip while idle if advanced firecontrols upgrade is purchased.
3) Changed logic of attack helicopters, tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and SA-9 anti-air vehicle: when they are given a direct order to attack specific target, they will not try to attack any other target while passing by.
4) Rifle infantry:
All values are calculated on basis regular vs regular, but similar values remain with other promotions.
- All basic Soviet infantry always win against American counterparts (except American assault) if start firing simultaniously (around 6.6 secs vs 8.2 secs to kill 1 infantry).
- American assault and Soviet Specops have the best stats (around 5.5 secs).
- American Specops somehow uses the same weaponset as regular American infantry, which has the worst performance (8.2 secs).
It has been changed to:
- All USSR and USA rifle infantry (except Assault and Specops) fire 4 round bursts (5 dmg per shot) with 2.5 sec cooldown between bursts. Range is 100/130.
- USSR and USA Assault infantry fire 4 round burts (5 dmg per shot) with 2 sec cooldown between bursts. Range is 110/140.
- USSR and USA Specops infantry (Spetsnaz, Green Beret and Delta) fire 3 round burts (5 dmg per shot) with 1.2 sec cooldown between bursts. Range is 110/140.
Overall now Assault and Specops now are slightly better than other rifle infantry and also Specops are very slightly better than Assault.
5) Now Su-25 has ground attack ability like helicopters. It is now easier to attack targets in the fog of war. Also it can now attack infantry with its rockets.
6) Changed weapons priority for Su-25T. Now it is possible to use autocannon instead of missiles for force firing.
7) Revorked how BMP-2 performs while in tank bunker. Due to game mechanics changed weapons priorities for the unit while in the bunker. Because of this ATGM range is decreased from 333 to 281 and cannon range is increased from 250 to 281. Machine gun is disabled.
8) Because rate of fire works not like developers thought (66ms each step instead of 33ms), clip reload time of BMP-2's cannon is changed from 1.5 to 1.25 seconds, to make up for delaybetweenshots time loss.
9) Increased T-80UK laser designator range from 267 to 300. This partially fixes laser bug. Perhaps there is a way to find more elegant solution, but for now this change stays. The laser is still buggy and sometimes you need to click 2 times on the target for the laser to activate. But now it will at least possible to activate it while tank uses its ATGM from maximum range.
10) Experience changes:

11) Changed the radius of reveal area around artillery when firing from 40 to 30.
12) Changed the radius of reveal area around aircraft when they are scanned by radars from 40 to 35.
13) Changed the radius of reveal area around ground vehicles and structures with radar when they are scanned by EF-111/F-4G from 40 to 30.
14) Changed deploy SA-11/M48 deploy mechanic in Conquest maps, also rebalanced type and amount of units spawn for Conquest maps.
15) Now Su-27/MiG-29/F-15/F-16 and SA-9 can guard chosen allied units and follow them in necessary.
16) M113 M30 Mortar now will reload clip while idle.
17) Changed all infantry stealth delay from 2 seconds to 1 second (this includes smoke screen). It is now identical to USA Delta stealth delay.
18) Previously only infantry and BTR-80/M1A1 could become stealthed in the smokescreen, other ground vehicles were affected only visually (but could still be targeted if enemy uses attack or guard order). Now all ground vehicles benefit from smoke screen. Stealth delay is 2 seconds, but unit is revealed if attacking (excluding SA11/M48 and ZSU-23-4/M163 due to engine limitations, they are also revealed while moving).

Any way to fix campaign bugs like the timer going way too fast in missions like Blackout or units dying when exiting a garrison in Iron fist?
I'm afraid my coding knowledge is not enough to fix any bugs in Operations.
Which game version do we need for this? 480 or 468 or other.
You need to have version 469.
Tried to install this patch, but the launcher can't detect it cz it's extension is .big not .cwc
Tried manually putting it in the ZH folder but it caused the game to crash at start.

Is there a way to add Leopard 2 and Mi-28 as buildable units for skirmish?
