RA2 silos are back when the "Storage" game option is enabled.
In the picture we can see the Yuri version storing Ore instead of Tiberium, it appears when the game option called "Ore and Gems" is enabled.

Note: the Refinery appears instead of the Slave Miner when Storage game option is enabled
The Slave Miner could still remain as a high tier mobile harvester/refinery made in the factory even with the Storage mode.
No, storage tags doesn't go too well with deploy logic of the slave miner.
