Description
In Patch 2.2, EuroCoal Reactor upgrades can be applied to other friendly owned Reactors. This benefit applies to the EuroCoal/Empire/Legion Refinery Upgrades as well, in addition to not being forced to only upgrade the corresponding Refinery.
