While working on the next iterations on the Illyrian, Mithridatic wars and Arminius, i'm about to release a surprise mod soon. I have a small problem when executing the mod with ALEX.exe, the characters do not die, I played a campaign with Thrace and the king did not die, 70 years, 80 years, 90 years and does not die, instead I play in RTW.exe and In two or three years the king dies.
That's strange bug. I have no memory of it happen, but it will test the very same campaign.
EDIT: It's probably my secret "highlander" option in descr_characters.txt

I understand that you can't save using either the regulat menu or Ctrl+s, but in that case, does it crashes ?
(It should in that case, not going back to the menu or KTM)

Just awesome man, i commend you on your hard work. ;) im downloading now as i type this. Anywho i don't think i have ever heard of the Yuezhe's so i might check them out first as a playable faction. Again thanks for the pleasant surprise.
Factions don't attack other factions or rebels?
They do. However due to the firepower of some "slave" factions some seems to not be bold enough. In campaign nevertheless regular factions always took over. For the others it's a question of balance. catw 1.2.4 is coming.
How it installs
Just unzip the main catw05 folder in your steam/Alexander install and use the shortcut of your choice
