One thing I'm not sure how to fix yet - random spawn clutter
Not only isnt this clutter fair for the first player hitting this cache, it also makes it hard to pick the stuff you want
This map has a good selection of items all over it
Current random spawn code selects one at random
Yet on some maps, a bunch of things will spam one corner
I think this might be happening because random spawn items themselves are eligible as random spawn locations
If a map has few items or spawn points, this is desirable operation - eventually random spawn stuff will spread out on such a map
But on a map with a decent spread of items this may need inhibited somehow
