(replaces progs.dat in quake/archon/)

Known bugs & issues:

FIX: mask making a real pent or quad on death (eject code)
FIX: default weps fail on dedicated server
FIX: other players cant see viswep for xload stuff carried tween levels (see screens 11.5.12)
FIX: gremlin possibly has some serious viswep bugs that were fixed for normal humans
- no ammo frame bork

ISSUE: runes -2, cant always eject a rune - vampire - RUNE_MASK was wrong for -2 - can not duplicate yet
ISSUE: testing 2 player on listen & 2nd player cant see 1st player model till morph cube - havent seen this lately, retest
ISSUE: xload lvlchg may no play nice with all x weps - saw this again in 2 player test
ISSUE: zombie firing cloud on a moving plat / train - zombie stops -- needs bodyque item fix
ISSUE: monster respawn - need time for corpse to fall down
ISSUE: some monster respawns seem un-nailable -- check takedamage
