Welcome to the random September update. Let's get to it:
General:
- Decreased the health of that special power unit only available on Command Trucks
- Added Wilhelm screams
- Replaced the shell map music with something a bit more Red
USA Factions:
- Tomahawks become Fuel Air Tomahawks after purchasing the MOAB upgrade
- Trump Tower hp reduced from 20,000 to 10,000
- Trump Tower shroud clearing range reduced from 1337 to 800
- Trump Tower BuildTime increased from 90 seconds to 180 seconds
- Trump Tower produces less cash because it was insane originally
- M198 Artillery now benefits from Advanced Training upgrade
- M198 Artillery now requires more exp to gain ranks
- M198 Artillery reloads a touch slower and the damage radius is just a tad smaller
- USA Vanilla Paladin cost reduced from $1400 to $1200
- Heavy Infantry cost reduced to $1,000. BuildTime increased to 25 seconds
Armor General:
- Added Tomahawks
- Coastal Battery power requirement reduced from 7 to 5
- Coastal Battery BuildTime reduced from 45 to 35 seconds
- Armor Generals Vulcan defense gun now only fires upon infantry
- Frenzy ability on Mammoth tanks give 50% more damage, range and rate of fire, instead of 35%
- Mammoth tanks no longer have to reload, like the Guardian Defense Turret
- Fixed a multiplayer mismatch that would happen when the Command Truck was built
China Tank:
- Ramjet Tank Hunter cost increased from $375 to $400. Build time slightly increased
- Ramjet Tank Hunter damage decreased by 5; to 60. Damage radius reduced from 3 to 1. Reload increased from 1000ms to 1500ms
- Slightly increased the cost of nearly all tanks from Tank General
- Kirov and Golem tank armor refined. Slightly weaker
China Infantry/Tank/Flamethrowers:
- Conscript machine gun nerfed; Damage from 2.0 to 1.5. DamageType changed from SMALL_ARMS to GATTLING
- Conscript cost increased from $250 to $500
- Conscript BuildTime increased from 5.0 to 10.0
- Decreased China GP Flamethrower unit weapon damage
China Scumbag Artillery General:
- Flying Submarine weapon range reduced from 650 to 500
GLA Factions:
- Reduced Leech Tank armor slightly. It takes more damage from armor piercing types now, and slightly more from infantry-based missiles
- Halved the damage of Buggy rockets once upgraded to the mega ammo capacity
- Maus health decreased from 3,000 to 2,000. Minimum range slightly increased
- Maus moved from the Black Market/Scrapyard to the GLA Advanced War Factory. Build limit is 3
- Karl Gerat is now the MEGA MAN CANNON. It fires terrorists anywhere on the map
- Mega Man Cannon aka Karl Gerat now properly reveals itself like a superweaon
- New GLA Advanced War Factory for higher tier garbage!
- The tunnel doesn't work
- Requires a Palace OR Command Bus to build
- New GLA unit; Mortar Marauder from the Advanced War Factory
- Fires thicc mortar shells over medium ranges
- Model by eagle-dan or -=E.A.G.L.E.=- Give him love.
- New GLA unit; King Cobra from the Advanced War Factory
- Fires rockets at vehicles for extreme damage
- With upgrades and scrap, it can kill a Golem Tank in 2 shots
- Model by eagle-dan or -=E.A.G.L.E.=- Give him love
- Added a Windmill power plant that's also a base defense
- It uses renewable wind energy to blast units away
- It's weird
