The original goal of Code 13 is to enhance the other factions in order to make the gameplay balanced and enjoyable, as well as pushing the SAGE engine to its limits, creating new models and stunning effects to further enhance Zero Hour's gameplay.
The Deadly Rainbow Missile Strike can be activated once a special Flare has exploded over the target Area. The Flare gets carried in by Plane. Once it is released an orbital Base will launch Multiple Missiles into the area. The higher the Level of the General Ability, the more missiles will be fired.
They sound like Silvester Rockets and people tend to write "Happy New Year" before or after the strike.
The ability can first be used on Level 3. It can be upgraded on Level 5.
It's only available for the Laser General.
