I'm playing as vampire counts, I noticed you can get free undead units on the mercenary tab, I suppose it's a raise dead mechanic, but I don't get how it works. In the description of necromancy it says something like "after a battle you can raise the dead as a mockery of life", yet It's been several (won) battles where I have no units available, and sometimes I have 20+ units available while I didn't do any battle recently. So does anyone know how it work? |

Bit of a late response, but no one else has responded so late is better than never! Anyway, I think the way the necromancy stuff works is that after a battle, depending on the amount of dead guys, you get extra "casualties healed" (It's in the post-battle stats, next to the columns for "casualties taken" and "casualties inflicted") for the undead units in your army. At least, that's how it worked in the Rage of Dark Gods mod, which this mod is based on. Edited by: Metal_Izanagi |
