First off, I'm not talking about X-Ray Chat.

I was thinking more along the lines of porting Lost Alpha's pda chat system into CoC. But I think it would be great if in addition to local contacts you could also have people on speed dial so to speak even at long distance, so you could get quests and even finish quests without having to go back to the person all the time. I think this could work with assassination quests. Kill someone, and then when the death notices start coming in, anyone monitoring that like you are able to via dynamic news feed would be able to tell that the target had been taken out, and you could get your reward transferred to you in whatever electronic currency they use in the zone.

I also though it would be great if you could have a photo feature for the PDA, so if you really needed proof of the assassination, you could take a photo and send it to person who put out a hit on the target. And then the ability to take photos would open up more quest types, like taking photos of mutants etc. for ecologists, kind of borrowing from Fotograf a bit.

If someone could pull off a system where you could call people and actually have voiced dialogue during the conversation, that would be amazing. You could just add effects to existing samples to make it sound like someone is talking over the phone to you.
