So I was thinking... 1) Realistic Reloading All unspent ammo left in a magazine should be discarded. I remembered a game called Cry of Fear had this mechanic for all weapons that uses magazines. At least make this feature applicable for weapons that uses magazines. With this mechanic as a mod and or option in game, you'll have to manage your ammunition even more carefully and make sure that every shot counts. Though I'm not sure if this would be possible. |

I can't imagine a simple but realistic way of adding this. First you wold need a magazine system. Edited by: Balathruin |

The Shoker mod from CoP has that system. However, not sure if it would be possible to implement into CoC since both Shoker and CoC used different engine tweaks. The CWP weapon pack that I imagined the devs here made was that it would be similar to Shoker mod where it had individual magazines and multiple custom attachments to certain guns. But, that would be complex or conflicting with CoC's game engine. Maybe there could be a way to implement a function for certain guns that follow this mechanic, which would require more engine tweaks. But, I think this idea may be limiting on how far you guys would tweak the engine in terms of possibility. |
