I get these big squares where artifacts are supposed to show up even though I installed the patch for artefact expansion, could it be that you don't have a patch for the LTTZ addon?
LTTZ uses Artefact Expansion addon. I just tested it on a merge of goulash+LTTZ and it worked fine with the patch. Make sure you add the patch last.
Oh, I'm sorry, I have a problem, the detector costs me $ 10,000,000 I have version 1.5 r6
This addon doesn't change anything with the price of detectors or traders pricing in CoC. It only changes UI elements + textures. Maybe you have some other addon screwing up pricing.

They your main installation of CoC is screwed up, this addon doesn't change pricing of anything. Try reinstalling coc, then patching to the right patch.
