You know, now that i look at them closer, they look exactly like the soldiers in shadow of morder! OMG they look so damn good!
they are indeed inspired by Suladan's soldiers (the cutscene in front of Sauron's fortress)
Don't remember them having cape though :/
I really like the designs of these units just going through your moddb, but a part of me also want better quality
