as cool as the hellriegel is it's unlikely it'll be added as it was never used and produced en masse

That's a pretty big request! Just add in the US, Native American tribes and tribal lands, the numerous wars with said tribes as the US subjugates them and takes their territory, the civil war, Boxer rebellion, Spanish-American War... conflicts in Cuba... Samoa... I know I am missing some more lol
