Damn, Rome is powerful! Do the barbaric factions actually have a chance against Rome? Looking good!

The sizes of the Roman factions can also be seen as their weakness as they have way more locations to defend with relative less general parties. Although we obviously will need to test that theory after the release of 1.5!

This honestly looks almost identical to the map of Diocletian's Tetrarchy.

Is there any optimization for the players faction in this new version? I tried to rule my own kingdom, only to realize my ministers were all invisible!

In 1.5 the minister will indeed as he should be, not invisible

Looks amazing!
How works Rome splitted into several factions? Are they in sort of permanent alliance or there is a chance of civil war?

They start as allies, but there is indeed a chance that it will end up in "civil wars" between them

They were taken out along with the Dahae, in order to not stretch it out to long to the east and to keep focus on the rest. Kushans will be available through merc camps for recruitment.

This is looking great
I just hope it will be super challenging to play as Romans while thousands of Barbarians threat your lands :D
For example, beside official factions you can spawn Barbarian hordes in Roman borders ( as bandits )

Anyway, good luck

The colors, in my personal opinion, do not convince me about the Romans. I would put purple dark to Rome, dark green Galia Roman, blue or dark blue greece roman. Yellow hispania roman and grey or black roman asia.

I have problem with colors that are technically the same, can not be easily distinguished
