Before the evil extends or before too many human lives are sacrificed, The Empire sends a company of its finest space marines, the Blood Angels, Who are experts in quick assaults and close combat fights. They should have easily wiped out this Chaos Uprising on this moon
However To their surprise they observe that Space marine forces From the Traitor Legions of which they are now called the Iron Warriors Whom were formerly loyal to the emperor but Betrayed him at his ascension to the throne, Have Landed On the moon where they have aided the Chaos Followers there and are now strong Enough to attack the planet Thaessar, The attack against these forces must be imminent because the Empire Of Man can not
afford to lose the Planet Thaessar as it is one of the main factory worlds.
Now you are the soldier that will choose between the Evil forces of Chaos or the
righteous forces of the Space Marines, On multiplayer you will be able to fight with all
sorts of weapons, ranging from sophisticated close combat weapons To devastating long range weapons and also being able to use all the vehicles of the two forces.

Err no, the mod i'm a part of fluke01 Battlefield 40k have been around for a lot longer than battlehammer. Battlehammer didn't announce themselves until about until December 2004.
We had talks of a merger then but it didn't happen, they wanted control over our mod amd we had been around longer.
We are approaching our 2 year anniversery of the founding of our mod. which is in mid July. We formed in July 2004.
The Battlehammer mods been dead since last september, thats when their forums went down and in the past few months their web site finally kicked the bucket. One of their members even came over to our mod to.
We are aiming to have Imperial Guard vs Tau in the first release.
To be honest, I'm surprised a lot of people still visit this profile, theres no gallery and its clear that action has been frozen for some time, theres no news updates or anything.

The team from this mod joined with another who were workin torwads same goal (a good 40k mod) and the mod is now called Battlefield40k, it looks like theyre making great progress too
