I am no designer so i wont add any fancy weapons or armors or scenes but i will work on creating features using code to make the gameplay a little different to what i personally like, im pretty sure there are players out there that are looking for this type of features that's why im doing this public and opensource once its released.

Thank you all for your awesome ideas, i love all of them and for this im going to work on them, all of them!

Below you will see all the features i plan to add in my mod :D


1. New mercenary system and more rewarding (i will write an article about it next week)

2. 1v1 Duels with prisoners to death for less relation loss and honor gain, also AI changes related to executions

3. Calradia tournaments where all the faction lords/kings/ladies will participate (different prizes)..Will write an article on this too soon.

4. Trading, Smithing and another not warbound skills gain faster where you are at peace, and warbound skills as one-Handed etc are higher gain where player at war.(Only when u have yours pledge to kingdom or have yours kingdom).

5. Bandit schemes as a quests (Assassination for noble\lord, Castle\Town Raiding, Stealing goods\items from lord appartamentes etc) """"""""""NOT 100% YET""""""""""

6. Titles for everything.. for example: Criminal, Mercenary, Bandit and many more that you will get automatically when you will meet the requirements, for now your character title in game is noble but i want to make them different ..Each title will make you look different in front of in game characters changing dialogs and options you can do, will write an article about this feature too.

And this is it for now, i will update this regularly if i will plan to add more features!

this game is awesome i need it best !

1. about delegation of our vassal. some more structurable and controlable, like "Conquering battania" or "take Amprela" or "take over right side of map" it must be divide by 3 or 4 or 5 region.

2. about taking treason, there must be some parameter before our vassal make a treason

3. about gaining traits.

4. Create other small kingdom, let the chaos happen and make we fun !

I have a few ideas that I would like to share for this mod:

. Option to turn off female lords and have them be ladies like in warband

. Clan Diplomacy: Make a marriage alliance, negotiate a trade deal, make a defensive pact, make a non aggression pact, declare a private war on any clan

. Adding a Kings court with a Marshal, Constable, Steward, Chaplain, and Chancelllor

. More immersive/cultural titles for some positions:

. Actual court sessions where you can go to your leiges court and talk and vote, judge, etc.

. For nobility: Feasts, Hunting, Hawking where you can build relations with fellow nobles. You can host your own events and chose who to invite- invitations gain relations, enemies will not accept invitations, strangers will not accept invitations.

. Characters with aggresive traits will get a -1 relation with other aggresive trait characters. characters with matching passive traits get a +2 relation.

Faction - Clan, Lord, Governor, Landholder, Gangleader
Vlandia - House, Baron (Same), Castellan, Minor-Lord, Troublemaker
Sturgia - House, ?, ?, Thane, ?
Battania - Clan, Ri, Chief, Minor-Lord
Emprie - House, Same, Governor, Patrician, Rabble Rouser
Khuzait - Tribe, Same, Chief,
Aserai - Tribe, Same, Chief,

1) I like female lords personally and so I won't consider this idea

4) That's what I was talking about earlier, I will add immersive titles(many) each one of them will change how Everyone talks to you, what you can do etc..

5) THIS IS SOMETHING I WILL DEFINITELY WORK ON BECAUSE I REALLY REALLY HATE THE ACTUAL VOTING SYSTEM, I will create sessions where all lords from a faction have to gather and decide actions/ VOTE (EVERYONE), I will make a voting system similar to viking conquest modifying it a lot tho

In order to make new features and create a mod for Bannerlord you need to know C sharp programming language.

I think its fit to yours mode, where players death give you a new game(Lineage Continue button at new game choose) as a son of yours before charracter, and give "Revenge quest" to executer. And so, you have % chance to 1-2-3 talents points to talents that yours father had as additional. Just watch at sons of the kings and lords at 19 they have 120 weaponary and 80 engineering etc. Why they are have the blood of the great man, but u can't? Just think about it. And thx for yours answer and ideas. Inspirating mod for me.

Some more features I thought up:

. Perma death for players, companions, lords by % in battle: Players can adjust it from 0-5%

. ACTUAL GOOD ARMOR in the stores lol

. Enable wound recovering while prisoner and make it so that you have to try to escape via a quest where you can cooperate with other prisoners and ambush the party similar to an attack on a bandit base

.Option for players to get ransomed instead of just being released

.Option for players to be executed by bandits if they are not ransomed in a certain amount of time

. More quests: Factional clan quests where you can help out a clan against another clan or group, quest where the king assigns you to lead an army to take a castle, quest where you assassinate a lord, Quest to attack a rival merchant caravan, better family feud quest in addition to the default one "Family Skirmish" Where you lead a group of family members and men against another family and their men, quest to elivate a landholder to a governor position in a local town or castle

This is a bit of a stretch- actually very ambitious well a lot of a stretch and Idk what you will think of this but perhaps a feature where:

There are only two types of fiefs:

City - Same as it is now perhaps replace some of the professions with "head of a guild" instead of just a common merchant

Feudal holding - Each feudal holding has a caput baronium (Seat of the holding) where either a manor, rich manor, fortified manor, keep, castle, or large castle is set up to serve as the primary fief holders head quarters.

Now heres where it gets a little complicated. Each feudal holding has a preset limit of subholdings (3-10) depending on its location/wealth/etc. Each subholding would basically be a village based around a certain industry (Grain, Ore, Palfey, etc). Each village would have a local lord who was a vassal of the baron. These vassals would provide military service and would also provide troops (This would tie into the troop system creating a "lance" system similar to Anno Domini 1257 warband to replicate a true feudal society).

It would be nice to have a new menu for these feudal holdings

For example a midland Vlandian Holding with 6 subholdings might look something like:

Visit the Caput Baronium - Takes you to your keep/manor/castle
Visit Village 1 - Could be a grain producing village
Visit Village 2 - Could be a grain producing village
Visit Village 3 - Could be a sheep producing village
Visit Village 4 - Could be a Clay producing village
Unsettled land - Could be a wooded area perhaps used as hunting grounds
Unsettled land - Could be barren land

Now it gets even more complicated in terms of scripting. Who actually holds the sub-fiefs?

. You can hold a certain number of sub-fiefs personally depending on your stewardship

. You can appoint your companion as a baillif or you can grant them the lordship of a holding

. Your peers (other barons) can hold a sub holding within your fiefdom and are obliged to provide you with troops depending on the agreement just like any other

. You can give your family members either baillifship or lordship of a subholding

. Originally in the starting settlements there will be a number of pre-set noble holders of most of the sub holdings

. Lesser members of other clans can hold a sub holding in your fiefdom.

fief litteraly means feudal holding tho- cities, village and castles are all feudal holdings

Yes but actually not in all cases often times cities enjoyed some degree of autonomy from their lords and the citizens were not bound to the land in the same way as rural fiefs. When I use the phrase feudal holding I am using it to distinguish the rural classic feudal holding from a city. Villages are sub holdings of a a caput baronium.

Yeah I figured- sorry for the constant suggestions but I just thought up something, I know you don't do modelling but perhaps you could work with someone:

. Some better hair styles
. Better banners: More animals/animal variations, more colors

I agree with the first, perma death for players and every NPC during battles should be more common and i will make it so everyone can choose the probability they want, personally i would go for 25% or more xD

Speaking about the second one..well i dont create armors or design things but i can tweak some of them to be better, Let's hope tho that taleworlds will add/unlock more items before my mod release.
Yes i was thinking to modify the "prisoner system", because its just too boring right now, its the same from warband..
Again i will make something more creative xD.
More quests...well im the kind of person that never really liked too many quests, but i will see.. Thanks again for your ideas! Some of them i really enjoy
