Singleplayer MapExtract the file and replace the original police.fuk in Postal2\Maps with this one. Be sure to backup the original so you could remove this mod.
This mod adds some easiness and difficulty to the game. You spawn back at the original evidence room with your legal items after being busted, so you don't have to keep throwing matches at sprinklers. Your weapons will be locked in the original armory room, which can be only accessed with the cop uniform. A person holding the cop uniform will be dancing in front of the mirror in the locker room. Your money, doughnuts and pipes will be taken to the sheriff's office, instead of just being removed. In addition to that, the sheriff has a rocket launcher to protect his belongings. (Note: This mod is being created in version 1.00)

Great mod, I suggest that something could be added to determine your sentence
for example, if you had a reletively low wanted level, this mod does what it does now
However, if you had, say, over 2/3 full wanted bar, then you go to jail as you would in the vanilla game
Not sure if you are still interested in this mod, but I thought it would add a little more realism
