Description
Standard German sniper rifle. Replacement for old original CoD2 model which was historically totally wrong. Note the music on background, this tune will be used in main menu.
may I ask: what was wrong with the old model (description made me curious about that).
The old model had scope that I had never seen on any Kar98k photo. And because I am interested in such topic, the original scope model was very probably fictional.
Also the original Kar98k model had a lot of glitches (nonsymetrical shapes, low poly right side of the model, sling that was made in an awful way, bad butt plate, bad UV mapping, lot of missing surfaces - the list is long :-)
Btw, the German sniper rifles is a very interesting theme, they had a very large variety of sniper weapon variations. Probably the largest of any fighting force in WW2.
Hi MCh2207Cz,I notice that in real life, bolt-action rifles have so-called fire delay due to the long firing pin movement,you have to wait until the pin actually hit the bullet primer to make a shot.Do you intend to add this feature in the mod？
