ATTENTION! THIS MOD IS NOT SUPPOSED TO PROMOTE ANY IDEOLOGY! | This is the newest version of the Axis Player mod for Call of Duty: World at War. The idea of the mod is to change all Allied forces (Americans and Russians) into Axis forces (Germans and Japanese) and vice versa in order to reverse the campaign. I would like to point out that I was not able to change everything, I may patch the mod again in the future. I hope everyone can understand that and still have some fun. It was tested in single-player, co-op and zombies and all game modes work - the crashes were rare, it should work just fine in most cases. Great mod but has some lacking features which are a pain to code away, such as lackluster facial animations on new models, and level events such as Reichstag eagle being blown off, small graphical bugs, installation requiring IWD file replacement, all somewhat fixable.
Other than that, very based and enjoyable, 9/10.
call of duty world at war if it was good
Very fun, and co-op compatible! Pays a lot of attention to detail by changing battle chatter, displayed names, and weaponry alongside from obviously the models of the in-game characters. The gameplay is mostly the same in the Pacific front, with the added bonus of already starting with what would normally be enemy weapons, and being completely loaded on ammunition for them in particular. In the Eastern Front, however... thanks to the PPSH-41's intense fire rate, it is an added challenge above the typical MP40s, even being as strapped as you are. Prepare yourself. :}
