After spending most of my time working on maps for China and Poland I felt that Finland would be a nice change of pace. Summa was the place of two different battles. in the first case the Fins managed to drive back the Soviets. in the second they stalled the Soviet advance, but where then overwhelmed by massive enemy reinforcements. in this case you can see that Soviet players not only have to contend with stiff Finnish defenses - they also have to negotiate with snow fall and blizzards interfering with their ability to see. (this map is still in progress... but I'm confident that it's about 2/3rds done)
