Well, what you have to do is extract the rar file and transfer the graphics and avp huds folders to your game directory and that's it, the alien hud also comes, but in case you only want the alien model, go to the avp huds folder and just copy and paste the hnpcalien file and in the graphics folder just copy and paste the NPCs folder.
