Excessive Stamina Drain Thread - A.R.E.A. mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

So I've been loving the mod so far, but the stamina seems to be broken.

Max carry weight is 35 kg, I am carrying 15 kg, I am full on food and water, no leg injuries, just slept, not sprinting, everything except 2 magazines and my wallet is in a backpack. My stamina drains in around 10 seconds at a walking pace. Is there anyway to change this? It is really harsh for the gameplay. I shouldn't have to take breaks walking between The Bar and Petrenko while 20 kg under my max carry weight.

If there is a config I can change or a game setting I missed I'd appreciate it.

I wonder the same myself. So far I havent found any way of editing stamina or run speed.

Are you wearing a gas mask? I think some of them mess with your stamina pretty badly.

So there is 3 modes of "MOVING" sprinting, running and walking. (We are excluding crouch walking from this list)

Hold ALT, this is walking. INCREDIBLY slow. but your "Endurance meter" won't go down on full food and water and >50% carry capacity.

If you don't hold ALT, and instead just push "W" you are considered running...

Sprinting is when you hold shift.
