After a nuclear war between America and Russia, the world was annihilated. For the coming years, countries began to form out of the ruins of the old world. As a small and mostly helpless county, you must colonize land of the old world to make your country survive. Finished -Create Ralmoth -Create German Fourth Reich -Remove cores Currently in Progress -removing USA provinces -creating countries in the ruins of the USA/Canada/Mexico -adding techs To Do -Remove Russia/Asia/South America/Oceania -Add scattered countries -Edit colonization rate -Create small remnants of old world countries -Add uncolonizable lands

Last year I actually found a mod like this, called Victoria 2 Fallout or somethin like that, and it was like this but alot better! Think of the EU4 Fallout mod but with countries in AfroEurasia! It was awesome!
where can i find this mod?
I found it on here but that was back in 2014. I'm still looking for it. I lost the files for it after I updated my Laptop :/
