The Apocalypse mod with CNC Net support The Apocalypse mod adds over 180 new units, structures and super weapons to the original RA2YR and will give you a completely new RA2YR experience while keeping the classic feeling alive. The mod does not require other resources to run except the original RA2YR game v1.001. This is what the mod adds in general: 64 new structures, 40 new infantry units, 17 new naval units, 20 new air units, 41 new vehicles. The CNC Net version allows you to play the Apocalypse mod v6.0.000 directly on CNC Net. As a bonus, you now have house-color walls.

Still doesn't work....
When i try to load the game after enabling i get an error message " Could not run executable. The Request operation requires elevation "
This is not a mod problem. If you use EA Origin you need to run everything in admin mode. If you use EA App, bad luck, does not currently run any old game as it's bugged with a similar error. Try setting run as admin for YRLauncher, gamemd and ra2md.exe.
Thanks for this but still can't adjust the gameplay speed in campaign
For Campaign it's best that you use the standard version, not the CNCNet one. And the game menu has speed option for campaign, why do you say you can't adjust that ?
Pardon me but in this version or older version in campaign i can only adjusted the scrollrate not gamespeed like skirmish
This is incorrect there is no speed option and why would it not be on the CNCNET one no other mod has this issue
