I'm pretty sure the words you're saying don't mean what you think they mean.

Jeongjo(18th century) - he's actually one of the more popular kings in Korea. He's the king who built the Hwasung fortress in the first place. He's actually a cool leader. Look it up at your leisurely time.
Gojong(Late 19th Century to early 20th century) - modernization of the nation, which failed in History, due to japanese invasion.
Heungseondaewongun - regent and father of Gojong who wielded 'actual power'unlike Myeongseong. He did some military reforms as well during his regency, including making bullet proof vest made out of hemp fibers.

Myeongseong never was in charge of anything, let alone represent a nation.

nice mod btw. Unfortunate that I can't play it because I don't know how to run it on windows 10 :(

Probably that's the cause. Many models and textures are programmed to work on high specs.

Myeongseong wasn't really a ruler of the Chosun Dynasty. She was a daughter of a very prominent political family, but she's comes nowhere in the scale of representing a nation. Jeongjo of 18th century would have been much better, or at least Gojong or Heungseondaewongun if you aim for late 19th century.
