Hello AoE fans! Wars of Liberty is a free fan modification for Age of Empires III. WoL brings 24 new civilizations, dozens of new maps, natives, music, and more. The team has worked hard to ensure that each civilization has its own unique gameplay that will turn Age of Empires III into a great new RTS experience. Choose a Religion and gain access to new units, technologies, and the ability to gather and spend our unique faith resource. Spy on your enemies and destroy them without building a single military unit with the redone Espionage system. Break lategame stalemates with the powerful Great War Age. And enjoy it all with more than 50 new Random Maps, new Natives for Latin America and Africa, new music, and much, much more.
Along with plenty of new maps from across the world, the WoL team is filling our landscapes with new and diverse natives to ally with! Experience entirely new minor civilizations with some of the most unique units in the mod, and stay tuned to see the diverse new native systems we're adding to Africa, Europe, and beyond!
oh hell yea!
Can ya give us a few teaser names for em?
Cunco, Wayuu, Selk'nam, Guna, Shuar, Inuit.
Are you still interested in Zulu changes from my side? I sent you an email and pm?
Finally, the Inuits. Are they going to be in the Alaska map?
A Greenland map is needed.
Do you guys plan on having tlingit/haida in the mod ?
They have the potential for some pretty unique units (Warriors with wooden armor and large canoes manned by many riflemen)
They have potential to be a full civ in fact. ;)
As a Native American civ, right?
Yes.
Horseman is Wayuu, masked man is Selk'nam, the man with the headdress is a Shuar, the man wearing a coat is a Inuit, the woman in the striped scarf is Guna and is guess the last one is Cunco.
