after the Brute killed me in the room where there is a big saw leaning to the stucked cupboard I cannot jump and my sight is very near to the floor, I see no option to do, I was even stucked in water som I needed to reload

After the grunt kill you've got eyes on the floor and you should be able to move back to the place.
These brutes does not break any doors in the cave. Some of these patrols and hunting. One of them has a nasty bug that I work on.
I cant get past the knife in the chest part required to open the fourth door. I cant use the knife either.
