Ages of the Federation is a new total conversion mod for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion. This mod takes place in the Enterprise and Original series eras, focusing on the conflict between the early Federation and Klingon Empire. A resurgent Romulan Star Empire, angry and still licking its wounds after their defeat to Earth and her allies waits in the shadows, ready to take advantage of any of misstep by either the warring powers. The Xindi, new to the galactic stage are also eager to forge their own path.
The Poseidon-class early-game artillery ship has been given a new ability - the High Explosive Torpedo. This should give the humble little Poseidon a potent extra kick as it lays down fire support for the Federation fleet. Federation players would be ill-advised to leave the Poseidon out of their early fleets.
What a godly AFT!
DAT AFT is very godly!

I really like the idea of it being a discernible and easily recognizable particle! That little extra info makes it really feel more like a proper fleet simulator, in regards to actually viewing a "tactical battlefield view" from a command post, of sorts.
But I'd like to add that a simple "HE Warhead" rather than "High Exp. Warhead" would be sufficient in my opinion, as the abbrevation is quite widespread, well-known and self-explanatory in this context (provided the current implementation is not just a mock-up). But that's just my two cents.
As well known as HE is for an abbreviation, this not only looks better but is consistent with the other particles.
"Humble Little Poseidon". You've been around Bane far too long....
Or has he been around me for far too long?
Good point. :P
man its an early akira class looks great and I like the design it just seems right.
I think those big shuttle bays should also serve some hanger or special ability function.
I wish it didn't have the little text tag. I worry about UI getting in my nice screenshot moments!
Oops! Poseidon became Romulan?
Yeah, ModDb's server was chucking a wobbly yesterday. All fixed now.
