Ages of the Federation is a new total conversion mod for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion. This mod takes place in the Enterprise and Original series eras, focusing on the conflict between the early Federation and Klingon Empire. A resurgent Romulan Star Empire, angry and still licking its wounds after their defeat to Earth and her allies waits in the shadows, ready to take advantage of any of misstep by either the warring powers. The Xindi, new to the galactic stage are also eager to forge their own path.
The Next generation of ships slug it out in battle of the Titans.
Hnnnnnggg!
so uh, d7 and connie come as titans/dreadnoughts ?
Kinda funny to think about, but I guess it makes sense for the timeframe
Please be cruisers and not Titans or Capitals. The Federation Class could serve as a Titan and the Proxima Class could be a decent candidate for a Capital.
Too early for both the Federation and Proxima. At this stage in Star Trek history the Constitution and D-7 are both very new on the scene and represent the epitome of design and technological innovation for both sides. It makes sense have them in a flagship role.
what OrionSlaver Said :)
A man can dream.
nerds! xD
If it was the right era. I'd see either of those ships being a titan of sorts, then again, there is the Ark Royal as mentioned in the Excalibur research.
What sort of capital ships are there. I am guessing the NX, Daedalus, Yorktown and Constitution. On the topic frigates/cruiser's I can think of only the Neptune, Intrepid, Saladin and Miranda.
All id due time ;)
Can we be aloud atleast 2 titans
It would be great if we could build a number of these ships. As I understand it, Starfleet had built something like 12 Connies by the 2260's and had several ready for the Battle of Axanar. The Klingons likewise had several D7's in service at the same time.
Will the mod include some of the other TOS era ships such as the Saladin class? I know it's too early for the Federation class, but I'm guessing the Saladin and Hermes at least would have been in service by 2260.
