I always felt like the Yorktown was an under appreciated ship from Legacy. Glad it's getting some time in the spotlight.

Looking back at this image, I'm curious on two things.

1) Will smaller Federation ships (Daedalus for example) use pulse weapons like the pulse cannons on the Kelvin. In Canon trek we've only seen Pulse Phasers on Defiant class ships, but it makes more sense for smaller ships to use pulse weapons as they'd require less power per shot than charging and sustaining a beam. So I'd imagine, in my weird little head, that smaller ships would use them to conserve space and energy. Translating into supplies/antimatter in the game.

2) Will the "Warp" in and out effect be the same as that seen in ST Beyond/Discovery? I.e "Realistic" idea of what a real life warp drive effect would look like. Or would it still be that charge sound and the flash? Rather than that sudden Jump away?

Now this is what I wish we got with Discovery.

I have been noticing a ship in most pictures that looks identical to a 23rd century miranda, CAN IT BE?

Judging by he Nacelle design and hull positioning, Poseidon class (NX Kitbash that looks like a Miranda Class predecessor).
