This mod is a total overhaul for The Ottoman Empire facton. It has an intensive work & the aim is to make more fun and realistic to play as Ottoman Empire.
What the mod includes;
-New building & architectural set
-Brand new units
-Work on existing units
-New Portrait & icons
-New homecity cards
-New gameplay (such as; Janissaries're produced faster by aging up so you may focus on other units, Timarli Sipahi system as you need to build farm to have them and you can rise Cebelus, Turkmen Migration to produce settlers faster, new source as tax where you gather automatically from your lands to hire mercenaries, fortified walls to make game more challenging, looting coins when you attack to your enemy, etc.)
-Totally ''replacetexture'' bug free
Installation:
This mod requires a clean install of Age of Empires III: TAD with the latest patch (Patch 1.03).
It doesn't come with an installer and it unfortunately doesn't work with other big mods (although some mods are applying some part of my mod such as WoL, NE)
You simply need to paste the files to your orginal AoE III folder play it.
OR
You can use SPC Modloader and create a folder in your gaming folder such as; X:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\The Ottoman Empire
However, new sound files should be in the original game folder as modloader doesn't read them from the mod folder.

Nice one. You forgot the add the artillery hat tho to the model ;) The hat model and the texture is in the different folder.

Salam brother, My name is Syed Muhammad Khan. I am from Pakistan. I was just about to quit AoE3 when I stumbled upon your mod, It is awesome. The units, the buildings, they are just spetacular and historically accurate. Although I am a Pakistani, I feel a deep connection with the Turks and with Turkey, the land of our Caliphs. So this is all very great for me Thank you. I had just a few problems if you would be kind enough to help me on that, firstly the graphics options are not changing, what can I do about that? And secondly, I really want to add some features from the aoe3 unleashed mod like the increased population size, population costs, etc. how can I get those features and keep all the features from this mod? Beacuse whenever, I try to paste those files over, they just simply replace the mod files. I mean any way to get the features of both mods? I would really be grateful for your help as I am grateful for this mod.
And I cant see the population levels and the names of some units on the hud.
Hello and thanks for the kind words. Unfortunately, my mod or any other mod doesn't work together with other mods. It is not compatible.
Graphic option issue big probably occurs because of the Win10. So you can't change it in-game. Here is the solution:
Due to the age of the game, it stores the settings in a file in your documents folder per version of the game e.g. base game is: "?:\Documents\My Games\Age of Empires 3\Users\NewProfile3.xml" with war chiefs using Users2 and Asian Dynasties using Users3 folders.
I suggest editing these files with a proper xml editor such as notepad++ (which is free) else the formating is tricky.
Resolution can be set by setting the optiongrfxres line to something like: "<Setting Name="optiongrfxres">1920 x 1080</Setting>" (without quotes) change the numbers to the resolution you're after, you can use the resolution drop down in game to see what are the supported ones.
Regarding the updates like population, etc, If I will ever upgrade my mod, then I can do it. I sometimes work on it so you never know, maybe I will have an updated version.
