dont make the standard bearer last, if I want a veteran with a shield Im just gonna have to deal with seeing the little plus sign by his name forever because I dont want an army of flagmen? and also seeing the "some troops are ready to upgrade" after EVERY battle is super annoying when you know that its just your hardened soldiers trying to become men in thin coats with flags :/

Everything about the mod looks great, but I have to agree regarding the standard bearers, when you want the 'best' unit and the game keeps telling you to upgrade.. gets a wee bit annoying. Similar problem in Warsword Conquest with the Skaven, there is a specific unit you want for it's role but it's upgrade unit is completely different
