You play as some dude, who accidentally assassinates a guy. I think. But that's not important. As you can see in the images, there's a party at Frank's house and there's VODKA FOR EVERYBODY! SCREW BARNEY'S BEER! WE GONNA DRINK VODKA ALL NIGHT
