This mod is not from me. It´s from Speed aka LW. . I found it in an old forum after I was so sick of sleepless nights in the zone. But I wanted the game mostly unmodded. It adds only the sleeping bag and works for SoC version 1.0006. Attention, a new game is required.

Sorry, I newbie for install mod for the stalker game, how to install this mod while i have other mods. thank you
Unzip everything into your stalker directory.
If you have not used mods before, you will need to open your fsgame.ltx file found in the "program files/thq/Stalker" directory.
Open this file with a text editor and find the following line:
$game_data$ = false| true| $fs_root$| gamedata
Change the false to true, i.e.:
$game_data$ = true| true| $fs_root$| gamedata
very good mod would be real nice if u could make a stand alone companion mod
Are there any sleeping bag mods that you do NOT need a new game for? It would be awesome to just put one in my existing game saves.
ZRP has a sleeping bag feature and you dont need to make a new game i can confirm it because i am using it on my saves
Yes, Okacha is right. ZRP features a sleeping bag without staring a new game, but it´s also adding a few more game features. Look at my Blog if you are interested in this mod.
