Full version for AWoIaF V8.1 for Mount and Blade Warband.
This contains all the files for v8.1 so you can go ahead and delete v8.0 or A World of Ice and Fire.
Note: Some of these changes will not take effect unless a new game is started.
Changes:
Areo Hotah is now tall
Scaled all scaleable models too tall to work right with ragdolls (for regular troops)
Revised surrender dialog logic so town lords don't autosurrender above minimum to consider
Made mnu_castle_taken_native exit like the other options
Made player's stronghold follow his/her faction changes
Fixed tournament spawning and initialization
Completed second outfit at tournaments
Increased all elephants hitpoints by 25%
Added some Targaryen armours to the Targaryen faction shop. Not all have been added as you will need to 'acquire' these yourself.
Updated Lysyra Rogare's age and clothing.
Fixed/Adjusted the Golden Company troop tree.
Gallant men now use boats when crossing the water.
Updated Red Rains description.
Updated the French and Spanish translations.
For now the player cannot execute or send lord companions to the wall. This caused a few errors and exploits.
Massively optimised the lords companions assignment code and attempted to fix the cloned issue - needs testing.
Stopped the bank menu periodically popping up. You can access this in reports -> bank menu.
Added entry points for the castle and prison in Shatterstone.
Updated French translation. Thanks Daneel53.
Fixes:
War for Dawn quest should now complete once finished
Fixed Dorne location specific events that could happen outside of Dorne.
Fixed face codes for Ser Myke Brax, Tregys Aeniris, Norodos Ennyl and Jabal Dos.
Ironborn and Dothraki companions should now belong to the correct faction.
Fixed incorrect weapon skill of Ser Parmen Crane.
Fixed incorrect dialogue for Khal Pono's Bloodriders.
Fixed issue where pillaging the bearded priest temple could cause many villages to lose relations with you.
Fixed there being two instances of Perkin Follard.
Fixed Pretender dialogues not showing correctly.
Fixed Arianne Martell not connected to Doran Martell.
Fixed issues buying land if their is no lord yet present.
Love the mod, unfortunately every update seems to bring more problems than content.

Oh, this patch is not for me then, not that I exploited it, I only sent Gregor's Companions to the Wall, but I do send all the Westerlands Lords there, and you can't keep them in prison forever, they escape, constantly.
It says you cant send lord companions to the wall. Lords are still fine to be banished......

Sorry, I was referring to that. So you just keep the companions imprisoned forever?
I don't see the problem with sending them to wall, you just get some crappy gear, it did not appear to bug anything in my game.

How do I become king? I have kings landing
you need to start your own kingdom when you conquer kings landing, you get the right of sending your prisioners to the wall, but thats not made you king.

Same problem, something about post fx shaders, even with shaders patch game doesnt work.
Guys guys, you need to have version v2.054 of the mount and blade and it will work.Problem is shader because you need a newer version of the mount and blade warband game to support this mod.
but the latest version of warband it 1.174. it still crash. 2.054 is the version of viking conquest.

but..
i have a problem with with changing culture my character is north and now that am a king no matter what culture i pick from the minister i always find north in my taverns and villages
an other problem is the faction blacksmith how am i unable to open it when am the king of my faction and i have 30+ relation with the north and i can't open the shop to
the last 2 thing aren't problems(bugs) just what i think :
1 having the ability to take fief for free by them surrendering is op i just walk to any town take it in 4 click move to the next
2 recruiting vassal in unreliably hard (martial / good nature / upstanding i have 33 to 50+ relation with them they have no land they hate there liege i have big kingdom etc and they won't join no matter how many times i tried their faction disappear and they won't join me
other then that i really love the mode hope those thinks get look at and have a good day

the thing is, if you in the character creation choose x faction you will get only troops of that x faction when you get your own kingdom but, if you are a lord of x kingdom you only get the troops fo that x kingdom you are lord understand? you cannot change the troops you recluit when you are a king, only the nation of your birthright is the only one you can recruit. I mostly use the stormlands of the targaryen, because when you conquer a castle or city, dont get penalty for no loot the castle, but if you choose the north, you will get a penalty of i think was -18 party morale, some sort of that, and the thing with the lords, that is hard to recruit, is because, first you need to get a high right to rule in order to recruits lords, be honorable, and have much renow as you can, plus need to have a good relation with them, and your kingdom must to be solid. the best thing is try to recruit them by message, i mean send a letter with a fief to award his loyalti if he joins you, thats how i doit and works fine, sometimes they just dont join you but, most the time works fine.

Imagine you're already super attached to your party and an enemy lord almost killed most of your men during battle but you end up capturing that punk lord then what do you think should be done after? of course KILL the mfckng lord but when you do that all your hard work will be gone because everyone will hate and wants to fight you.
Thats easy to answer, if you kill lords without any penalty, you could erase houses of all westeros too easy, thats why there is a penalty some houses dont have a "little lord" or a second in command to move on, so what you think that happends there? A house get banish.

Send him to the wall instead. I think you get less penalty, still get the gear and he can be useful there to fight the invasion.

So I'm currently facing a problem where I can't interact with other troops or parties who aren't my enemies if I approach them it immediately goes to battle option screen......even after the battle it doesn't show me the section where you'd see the spoils of war to choose what you want to keep in your inventory.....and after a battle it keeps showing me the same amount of troops for the previous battle for an entirely different party please what do I do is it from a missing file or something else

Какая точно нужна версия warband для мода версии 8.1? Ставил на версии 172 и 174. На этих версиях когда начинаю бой к кем либо , сразу пропадает противник и звук такой когда деньги дают. Далее если бой получается то мрут не все, пишут что осталось 3 человека и так до бесконечности. Отряд соперника не уничтожить. Также если на карте например 30 соперников т, то перед боем пишут что 3.
My game keeps crashing every 10 minutes, my specs are Intel i5 12600KF - 16GB DDR4 RGB - Nvidia RTX 3070 8GB - 1TB SSD M.2.
And i have no other mods installed, and i use the newest version of the game and mod
Apparently crashes are a common occurrence, when playing warband with mods, i have tried fixing the issue by updateing C++ Runtime, and lowering all quality settings.
I'm having the same issue; it's basically unplayable on Windows 11 with the newest version of this mod. I have an Intel i5 and a RTX 3060.
