Here's the hotfix for AWoIaF v9.0. Copy the contexts of this file into your v9.0 file and overwrite everything.

Hi Produno i`m greatful for your your work, i play this mod years ago and I was so happy you relased the 9.0 on my birthday :3 thx. unfortunetly i have a very big problem preventing me from enjoy your mod... EVERYTHING glows in yellow some places blue, but always glows :c pls help. i made 2 screenshots how it looks with different settings, but im 5 min ago registered on this site idk yet how to show a pic here. i did some research already and i found that this was a problem back in the vanilla game but i never faced it. I tried every settings even swap to directx 7 from 9 but something different visual problem occurs also make the game unplayable :c also its never was a problem in previous versions at least not for me. pls if you can help me.

Try getting WSE2, it usually helps with all problems (a new game would have to be made however)
