Nice. One suggestion I would have it to give the ion beams a longer firing time because of the size those big bulges behind the them, or jest make them bigger.
Those ions are bc ions aka stock firing time. I doubled the damage they do for the ram HC since they only have 3 guns but may reduce that since its main center weapon does a lot of damage in one shot. Level 2 frigate will be instanta killed or almost. Does over 50k damage, also besides that this cruiser will be easy to kill with move attack orders to get into its blind spot. This ship is a frontal killer so it dont have weapons anywhere else cept on the front.
agreed make the Ion beams larger and the cannon sound plays to early... Maybe I would also choose another sound for the Ball cannon because it sounds not massive enough for such a huge fireball.
WOrk has kinda slowed down for me as im sick atm with some kind of bug but i managed to finish up the arrays on the ram cruiser and get its weapons working.
