Hi there! Let me star by thanking for the continous updates on this great mod, really appreciated. I like to point out that it seems to be a problem with the promotion feature in the freelancer system of the game. I know it used to be buggy and promotions kind of where at randoms times, but stating a test playthroug with the 1.8.3v well into 30 days of service with Lombardy and no sign of promotion whatsoever. Other than it seems to be running in tip top shape. Thanks!

Add diplomacy options more like diplomacy mode
Add more options to give orders
Add more postions such as....co-leader
Adviser ...caption...manager....etc
Money offers Al lords doesnot change
Population doesnot change as well
Make more realistic..

Hello. Can you enlarge the analysis of this world map? Because when I go to a place far from the pen, the enemies gather from opposite castles and attack the pen quickly. I'm in a difficult situation I want the map to be a little wider and the cities and castles further away. It would be really good.

this particular version of the mod is completely broken for me, everytime i make a new character and load him, his stats reset to a random number between 10 and 0, tried several characters and the same thing happends everytime, needless to say this is gamebreaking and i cannot play like this, the new textures are also really laggy and most battlefields around europe have an absurd amount of trees wich render cavalary useless

i didn't had this issue on 1.8.2 btw

Completely broken build, no options are available at the main menu except for Load Game and Exit, and even they aren't titled but only show up as tiny clicable dots

Can the owners of the mod or someone else tell me how to turn promotions on for my own game?

Creator please add the function to turn freelancer promotion on or just it to the game or tell me how to add myself besides that the mod is great!

I've encountered a bug, every time I open up anything in notes, quests and those other options at the bottom of the screen. i get a red text error "Could not find any for GUI widget note_t_key_titles in game_variable.txt" Could this be a problem on my end or is it a bug from the mod?

Why is there no Kingdom of Hungary in the Balkans

This patch breaks some of the scenes (Town of XiAn having trees on the bridge) and breaks some of the textures on trees and bushes. I have not played this patch for very long so I dont know of any other issues it introduces yet, other than the ones mentioned in other comments. I will probably stick to 1.8.2 release for now since it seems more polished.

First, I need to address how dark the world map is. When you look out from it, several of the factions look the same color even though they are different colors up close and are not distinguishable as compared to the older versions. Also, when you are in battle the new trees that were added are floating in the air and do not look like trees, troops get stuck on the branches on the ground. The battle maps are to dark and not lit up as the previous versions. Second, why do the banner soldiers have color flags? Why don't the flags of the banner soldiers represent said faction? It would make the factions more distinguishable and realistic (The Ming empire has flags that show its faction same as japan). Third, The recruitment system is broken. You cannot promote in whatever army you enlist in even if you are there for 40days or more and getting required xp to promote. It also doesn't tell you what your payday/promotion day is in the commanders report screen,it does not show anything after promotion. Here is the code that pops up during promotion days and such. Bonus names for a lot of the places are still misspelled English and one of the hair choices is a static glitchy bug that flashes white and black.

i fell like the older versions of the mod are better tbh

Hi developers! please improve the faces of the female NPCs. please make them look beautiful.

So how can I improve weapons? Like nothing tell me what are the materials or anything, or it is just not working yet

please someone help, i cannot bear this anymore, i downloaded the mod multiple times, multiple versions, i tried and tried but each time i try and open the mod it says ''failed to launch volencia'' or some crap, i am tired, i have been trying for 4 hours now, this mod was my favourite as a child and yet i cant even get it to work, please help

I know I'm late but I must say. This is the best warband mod I have ever played. I wish there was still patches for this mod :( ... There are some bugs that would make this mod so much better. When you own your own Kingdom, your vassals wont leave the castle they're in. If you make one of your vassals the marshal. He'll call for a campaign but nothing will happen. In fact, pretty much most vassals across the whole map don't leave their castle. There's not a lot of activity across the map. It pretty much feels dead if you don't make all the moves. I started my campaign in Rome and when I first started there was a good amount of activity, but on day 140 there's pretty much nothing going on in the map. And for sieges, there's always units who block all the other units from going in the castle at the top of the ladder. But besides that, there are many many many great thing about this mod.

Is the Main Menu Theme Made is specifically for this mod or is it taken from somewhere? If it is I would like to know.

The game stops working whenever i attempt to start a new game, and since i can't alt tab to anything else due to the game being unresponsive and fullscreen, i have to pull the plug on my pc, any fixes?

Is this better than the one from steam workshop?
